only way to cheat is to have access to the machine that selects the ping pong balls.  Either make sure all of the balls are the same, or create a complex program that will identify a certain defect on specific balls so that it gets chosen.  Other than that, no other way.

also, you can find a way to track what people ahve picked what numbers.  If you find that one of those tickets have won, you could go to that particular residence, ransack the place and steal the ticket-claim it as your own.

build a time machine, go to the future and collect all the lottery numbers in the future. go back to the past and win big money!

Hamid; if you cheat on the lottery you will not get the giant rush you would have gotten had you won honestly.The money will not mean what you thought it would, and if you get caught( and you can bet anybody that loses that kind of dough to you will be looking real hard at you) you can bet it will be worse than just having your left hand removed.
