  1. Lol finally one of these questions.

I have lots of experience here's some tips. DON'T think about the topic you want in the 30 minutes before you fall asleep. So the 2 hours before that half hour is the easies for your brain to recollect. Now I have a question for you. Why don't you want to lucid sleep its awesome, when you get to a certain level. You can't just become aware, you have to be able to control. I have been working on it for about a year and a half now. Every dream I can remember is lucid, but at least 15 dreams a week I have control over. I can control the plot line, the physics, and when I want it to end.

In order to get this you have to in away be self centered enough, that its the way you behave in your dreams. So basically what you want, you get. In a recent dream I had, I was talking to my father who recently past away, and it started on some depressing alleyway, Once I started talking to him I put us on a tropical beach and then concocted an ice cream sunday. Not one of my most mature moments but having that much power is amazing. Good luck to your uhhhh normal hobby

  2. You should probably think about what you'd want to dream about for a while (if it's a lot, you might want to write it down). Read it over a few times before going to sleep, and then don't do anything else afterward. My old math teacher wrote the whole class notes and told us that right before we shut the light, go over them a few times and "you'll dream delightfully of fractions and probability the rest of your nights." :)
