Is there anyway to downgrade from 3.80 M33-5 to 3.71 M33?

I want to do this because on the tutorial I'm following for how to install homebrew application PSP TUBE it says that I have to have 3.71 M33. If anyone could tell me how to do it on 3.80 M33-5 or 3.90 M33-2, that would be great. But my first question would be acceptable too.
