Is there anyway to edit photos to make water clearer so you can see through it?

Yes, but it depends on what computer you have, because if yo have a mac, use photobooth, and if you have a regular computer, use http://www.photoshop.com

no way that i've ever heard of

an underwater camera makes everything easier though, if u don't have one.

there's also cases for cameras so u can take pictures underwater
