Is there anyway to find out who's hosting the websites that I visit?

I'm thinking of building a Youtube type of website where users can upload videos and stuff. I want the fastest and most reliable host available, for the right price of course. There are a few sites that I've been visiting for awhile that resemble what I want. Is there a way to find out what company they use as their host?
