Is there anyway to get US citizenship, without taking the naturalization test in english?

knowing that the person is old and can't speak english, he has been a permanent resident for more than 5 years.

  1. Well he's had 5 YEARS to learn!  Just because you are old doesn't mean you can't still learn.  How rude to live in a foreign country and not even TRY to learn the language!

  8. This may sound harsh but if they want to become and American than learn english.  I understand that they are old but I am tired of all these people want to be an American but they don't want to speak English.
