I will be 15
My two sisters will be 22 and 18. Does this mean we can go on a cruise? At first I thought it was no, but than it said adult range is 13-54 years old. What does that mean?
I read something somewhere about our parents signing something saying the 22-year-old was the parent or something? Can anyone explain to me in detail?
