Is there anyway to get out of debt with payday loans, legally, without filing bankruptcy?

No, you can't get out of it but they may be willing to restructure it.

contact them and see if they will create a repayment arrangement for you that you can handle due to hardship.

They just add to the problem. Look how much interest they charge, OMG. Try going thru a debt conselling service, helps tremendously!
