Is there anyway to get prices for church weddings?

I need information for Frontline Ministries about having a wedding.

  1. In my experience, you have to ask the pastor of the church on an individual basis. there typically is not one flat fee. im getting married at a gorgeous church for next to nothing because my aunt is extremely close to her pastor.


  2. The best thing to do is contact them directly. A lot of churches now have websites, so you can probably contact them through email. Plus, you want to meet the person marrying you before you commit to anything...you wouldn't want someone marrying you that you don't like.

    If you aren't a member of the church you will probably pay more for the ceremony - but each place varies.

  3. Go to the specific church you are thinking about and ask them.  Typically they will either tell you no (very common, particularly in Baptist or Catholic churches) or they will give you an informational packet with the price as well as decorating rules, key and cleaning policy, etc.
