  1. look i dont know wether this will help you, but i eat chocolate before

i go to bed and i sleep quite well HOPE THIS MIGHT be of help to you

  2. I have this problem sometimes as well. I take tylenol pm occasionally to help me sleep.

  3. Eleven to eight is nine hours of sleep.  Too much sleep so you are waking up because of too much sleep.  Six to eight hours is plenty of sleep for most people.

Try reading the Word of God, the Holy Bible before bedtime and asking God to let you sleep through the night.  We receive not because we ask not.

    Have a blessed sleep!

  4. I don't recommend this for ALL the time, but when I have a big day coming up and I really need a restful sleep, I take a Tylenol Simply Sleep.

Also, try removing items from your bedroom that work 'against you'. For instance, if your LED alarm clock is very bright, turn it towards the wall. Take out the ticking clock. Etc.

If you're really concerned, talk to your doctor. It might be just stress though.

  5. is something on your mind bovverin your sleep?

  6. Why do you have to get up?  My problem is my prostate gland I have to get up 3 or 4 times a night to pee.  There is medicine you can take it helps a little Otherwise surgery might be called for .if that is your reason for always having to get up.
