  1. Practice, practice, practice. You can never really practice enough if you want to be really good. Work on things you think you aren't great at and refine the things you are good at. A good thing to practice would be the fundamentals of those sports. For example, in basketball, work on free throws, jump shots, and dribbling. I know dribbling may be boring and free throws may be tedious, but these are two VERY IMPORTANT aspects of basketball. Once you have solid fundamentals you can work on more difficult skills, like doing crazy dribbling through your legs and hard angle jump shots.


  2. Run track it will only make you better. The more u run the better shape you be in. It will also strenghten your entire body

  3. Yes.IF you play Basketball you go to the hoop and you go left handed shot to right handed shoot. Do like 50 a day and it will help you a lot. I did it and i scored 24 point in one game.
