Is there anyway to keep your eyeliner from smearing?

Im one of those teenage girls who wear to much eyeliner and it constantly is smearing /:

Is there a way I can prevent this?

Find a waterproof liner.  Sweep face powder over your eyes before app.  Then smudge with a powder that matches your liner..

i found the easiest way is to get a powder eyeshadow the same color as ur eyeliner and put a light layer over it, it kinda seals it in and doesnt smear nearly as much

if you wear waterproof it doesnt smear as much or you can get a thing from lancome that you put on before eyeshadow so it stays on, it will prob. work the same for eyeliner

try setting your eye makeup with a little bit of gloss like this one from MAC:

otherwise, just carry around q-tips, try not to rub your eyes too much, and keep your eyeliner with you for touch-ups. if it smears, wet the q-tip, clean it up, then do a quick touch-up

I put a little face powder around my eyes and it keeps it from smearing

Try Loreal Telescopic liquid eyeliner. That really works and waterproof too.
