Is there anyway to make these boots work with an outfit ?

It depends on your style, but the only feasible way I can see them working without looking costume/Mary Poppins is to go with a long (knee length or longer) flowy dress. I can imagine making it work with an Anthropologie-esque (read: boho meets eclectic) outfit. Check out their website for some ideas.

depending on your style & body type, you could wear those with tights (not just black tights but maybe different colors to spice up the outfit) and a black casual long tee (or something casual & basic colored on top OR something very bright & patterned on top to take away the attention from the boots)

i think that those boots can be pulled off :)

just have to draw attention either completely to them or completely away from them.
