Is there anyway to measure how hard a punch?

I mean like is there some sort of machine that you can punch and it tell you how many pounds of force or whatever your punch is?

if u live in alberta they have one in edmonton but just hit a kid and he'll tell u if u hit hard lol

they have them of course, but as far as going out and buying one, i dunno. maybe you could figure out how to make one

isnt a punch down to speed and the "Shock" it creates when fist meets surface?

so its more down to throwing the weight of your hand as quickly as possible, not forcing the weight from A to B as this will most likely engage your bicep, which is the wrong muscle to use as its for closing the arm, not opening it!
