Is there anyway to record a DT (39-1) channel using a vcr?

Question

I'm totally going to miss tonight's new episode of smallville which looks like it's going to rock. I have to go to an art opening at my school...anyway, i could record it from antenna easily, but i wanted to know if it is possible to record the DT channel? (39-1 in south florida) Cause i really want the full experience....

Hi,

You can record it with a VHS but the resulting picture will be VHS quality not digital quality.
