Is there anyway to reduce period cramps?

Ugh...I have to babysit tonight and the cramps ARE KILLING ME! I have to babysit for a 6 year old and a one year old.... Ugh i need my cramps to reduce seriously because they are killing me at times! My flow is really heavy but need some help!

  1. eat bananas and put a hot pack on your pelvis area


  2. midol or pamprin, heating pad on stomach, and taking a walk.  Them endorphins will help take the pain away.

    That's all I know to help.

  3. Take Midol and eat bananas. Bananas help with period pains quite well.

  4. they say papaya is good for period pains...however for me, warm foods like soup or tea or coffee makes your stomach feel better

  5. i have the same problem as you right now

    i get really bad cramps every month

    if you can, go to the store and buy Midol

    it works really well agaiunst cramps but also gets rids of back pain, leg pains, cravings, bloating, and pretty much everything else

  7. You're going to think I'm crazy but it seriously works.  As much as you want to curl up and die, get a little exercise.  Run around the block a few times.  It really helps.

  8. Try motrin.  Chiropractic adjustments will eliminate cramps permanently.  The best Chiropractors have a nutritional background.  Network in your area to locate the best.

  9. Pain killers, there are these tablets too especially for periods ask your Mum she'll probably know GL :)

  10. eat some bananas and drink cranberry juice. and take painkillers

  11. Don't have cold drinks the days after your period comes. Have a hot tea (and a pill if you feel like you need it). Use an icepad with hot water and put it on your stomach (a little down)..You will see!!

    this may sound really crazy but eating chocolates and bananas will help for me.

    and doing a bit of light exercises will do.
