above your question box is : Search for questions: "put in" By : "then user name" , please note it doesn't work for closed profiles, how ever if you . put user name "Then" , y/a  . & Google it, believe it or not 90% of them can be found! If you still can't find it : you've been blocked by the user.

i tried once before and could not find a way, the only thing i can suggest is if you have answered one of their questions or you know they have answered one of yours go through your Q&As and find em that way
