Is there anyway to tenderize a chuck steak to where it is edible as a steak?

  1. tenderize it then slow cook it


  2. One way would be to marinade it for some hours;  another way would be to put meat tenderizer on it and let it sit for a period of time; another way is to cook it slowly  - very slowly in the overn with a pan of water nderneath to keep it moist

  3. well you have 2 choices 1 is to use a mallot and really beat it good and 2 is to marinate it in citrus juice like lemons so the citrus juice breaks the meat down and makes more tender

  4. Cook low and slow in a slow cooker (crock pot) with 1 cup of liquid for 6-8 hours.

  5. slow cook it.
