Is there anyway to transfer from a 2 year school to a D1 four year school after just one year?

At the end of my senior year I discovered I was one credit short of becoming an NCAA qualifier. Because my high school didn't have the updated NCAA regulations sheet. I was told I only needed 14 core courses, when really they recently changed the requirements to 16 core courses. I just started my first year at a two year college but want to transfer to a D1 four year college and play a sport. Is there anyway to accomplish this?

Of course. All you have to do is send in a transfer application.
