Generally, no.  Who is going to do all that scanning and copying of every year book of every year of every school?  At the most you can hope for is that the individual school MAY have done some of that.......but there is not a universal site for that.  Each school would have their own if they do it at all.

There are several ways to acquire an old yearbook and I have done some of these myself.

1.  Put an ad in the local want-ads or trading post paper.  Someone who has one may see it and call you.  I know people who have had success with this method.

2.  Check EBay, frequently.  I got 2 of mine this way.

3.  Call the school and ask them.  My alma mater buys extra copies every year so 20 years from now, someone who didn't get one or lost theirs can call and get another one, as long as supplies last.  Using this method, my husband replaced all his year books 5 years ago (he lost them all in a divorce).  The years he got were 1970-1974.

4.  Check out antique book stores in the area.  They often get items from estate sales and so forth.  I got one of mine this way.

I don't know how it would happen online the copyrights being split duration (up to 75 yrs. on photos). You can find yearbooks on eBay easily enough. Do a search for the year(s) and school and when you save it to your favorites, check the box that says -email for 6 mos. When one becomes available you'll know.

I get them for about 3-10 bucks from individuals and expect to pay $25-45 from a yearbook seller. If someone famous is in the class you're looking for, price may go over a hundred bucks.

Yearbooks are wonderful genealogy tools, I wish they were all online.

Ancestry.com has many US yearbooks online, but only has the 1977 Westminster High School:

Old-Yearbooks.com is constantly adding online yearbooks, but does not currently have the one you're looking for (but keep checking).

Another site (though the actual yearbooks are not online) is Darilee's Yearbooks.  If you email her with sufficient information, she will do look-ups for you.

There is a Westminster Alumni site that (apparently) allows you to look up individuals, but you have to join in order to read details.

Finally, if you have enough specific information (so as to not send the librarian on a wild goose chase), you may consider contacting the school directly.  They most probably have the yearbook you're interested in and might be willing to copy a specific page for you.
