  1. only by increasing our storage capacity in UK and buying in bulk as other nations already do.

coupled with a fairer system of 'sharing' available gas supplies using the international pipeline network ( as is supposed to happen) but having an independent ? body oversee the distribution of supply of gas to make sure a fair supply reaches all countries. ( never happen look at Spain for example )

  2. Yes there 100 Senator and 435 reps in the House that don't know a F---ING thing about producing and drop of fuel and these IDOTS are in charge of our U.S. Engery Policy!!!!

VOTE THESE idots out!!  and let the oil companies drill in the Gulf.. off the coast of Cal..  Anwar... This country runs on oil not on corn!!!!

  3. the only way to cut costs on gas is to carpool and share the expense of the gas everyone either carried one more person in their car or carpooled more it would save on billions of gas every day, also if you drive 55mph it will help you save on gas i hate to say it but petitions and boycotts of gas will NOT lower the prices until the war is over were pretty much screwed.

  4. Yeah, there's 2 ways. Stop using it, or drill our own oil. None of which are going to happen, many people are going to use gas until the day it renders them broke because its a necessity. And as far as drilling your own oil, well thats highly unlikely unless your really rich, in which case you don't care for gas prices anyways. So basically, we are stuck paying high gas prices until the middle class can just no longer afford it anymore and demand deeply declines.

  5. Only if we stop worrying about the polar bears and drill in our own country.

  6. the only way to lower gas prices is for us all to get together and agree to stop buying gas for as long as it takes for the price to go down ..guess we will keep paying high prices because in america we want what we want NOW..so we pay the price...

  7. Lets hope that this isn't another one of those artificial gas shortages like the ones back in the 70s.

  8. drill the estimated 1 trillion barrels in north america. US and canadian governments won't do it, though. instead, they pay ungodly sums to buy it from somebody else
