  1. no just get a milder curry

  2. drink milk.

  3. milk

  4. Yogurt.

  5. Natural Yoghurt is supposed to help

  6. What really works is about half a tea spoon of sugar straight on your tongue, guarantee it.

(adjust the amount of sugar to the strength of the curry)

  7. Eat a slice of bread and butter or drink milk.

  8. milk is a good soother for hot food

  9. orange juice

  10. water will only make it worse yogurt is your best bet.

  11. Do NOT use water - the burning chemicals don't dissolve in water.

As advised, sip some milk for "first aid" and stir some yoghurt into the curry to calm the rest of it down.

  12. Have a pint of water by your side.

  13. Yoghurt...every time. It's what every indian eats with it. Along with a portion of salad...simple one - just lettuce, onion and tomato. They all cool the mouth.

  14. have yogurt .. and then some indian ice cream afterwards lol :)
