Is there anyways to disable an email from signing in my computer?

Emails don't "sign in" your computer - you download emails from your email provider.  Just don't open any that you're not familiar with - like you won a million dollars, or your ebay account is being suspended, or there's a nude picture of some rock star in the email - they're all lying.

providing you are on windows go to start>run> and type msconfig, then go to startup and remove the email application in question
