Is there anywhere i can count cards effectively online?

most online blackjack games do not keep track of a the card as they are dealt, so their is no discarded portion to keep track of.

That isnt to say that you can practice the rest fo your counting.

I very much doubt it.  An online casino would be foolish to allow players to count cards.  They would be vulnerable to computer programs or bots playing instead of humans and neutralizing the edge.

I imagine the deck is shuffled every single hand, since it can be instantly shuffled, unlike real world physical cards.

Card counting cannot work at most online sites, since they deal cards in a manner similar to a continuous shuffler. So to win there, you have to run into a lucky streak of cards. Playing there will sharpen your counting skills, but not your betting skills, since I am pretty sure the deck is contimuously shuffled.

If you want to sharpen your skills, better to practice with a few friends around the kitchen table.

There is another method of playing Blackjack that can provide an edge to the player that does not involve counting cards. It is called the Blackjack Betting Trigger, and it can inidcate when the probabilities are favorable to the player, indicating that you should raise your bet, and when they are unfavorable, indicating a bet reduction. It works well with multi-deck shoes.
