try aer lingus web site the irish airlines home page the best rates are often foudn ther but remeber the exchange rate and if your credit card charges and exorbitant rate for currency conversion it may not be such a deal i fthe price differences are less than $70US, the dollar is low low low

Do you want to go it alone or with a tour.  You can find tours to join CIE go to web offers low cost tours.   But if you want to go it alone.  The average fare in May runs 756.00 round trip depending where you are coming from.  You can find nice B&Bs for anywhere from 25.00 to 55.00 EURO per day.  Included is a full Irish breakfast.  You can go to www.telstravel.com and look at link to student hostels association.  Also you can contact Terri Dale at Charleville Castle they take volunteers to come and help during certain times of the year and have a student dorm to sleep in for free you would be responsible for your own food.  You are within walking distance of the Town Center and rail if you want to visit some sites.  Dublin is an hour away.  www.charlevillecastle.com is the website for the castle.
