Not in the LA area. 90 min to Pechanga where they have slots galore and everything else. The "casinos" around the LA area are dirty and disgusting. horrible odds for so called table games and no slots. Make a day and get some fine dining, spa and some almost vegas real gaming.

Unlikely. California allows gambling but no games of chance. Thus why you have so much poker and why the rules for blackjack in California are slightly different.
