Is there anywhere in Winnipeg to recycle (non rechargeable) household batteries?

I am aware that rechargeable batteries are accepted at several locations for recycling, but I have never been able to find a depot to take the regular AA, AAA, etc. non rechargeables

  2. Check with the local schools. Schools near me recycle them as a fundraiser.
