Is there anywhere in salisbury uk i can get a tattoo? im 16 and i heard u can with parents consent?

where can i get one? i want 2 tiny stars so its not a big tattoo really but i jsut want one and mums happy for me to get one i just need to find all the information out,

so please help

Its against the law. Plain and simple.  It's because of the "Tattooing of Minors Act 1969".  doesn't matter if you have your parents consent and the queen's.  Its illegal.  Not only can the tattooist get into trouble, so can the studio and in some cases the parents can be prosecuted.  They are trying to change the law so that if a tattooist is caught tattooing a minor he or she can be put on the s*x offenders register as it is classed as assault of a minor. Then the tattoo studio could be closed down.

Just wait till you are 18.  Your ideas may change in 2 years.

Agreed with Oldgrump, here in the Uk it is 18.  If anyone tattoos you under that age they are breaking the law and likely not to be too bothered about hygiene either.

Sorry, but in the UK it's 18 - we don't do the parental consent thing over here.
