Is there anywhere in the UK where I can buy the cereal Reeses Puffs?

There is a UK-based online store called The Stateside Candy Company where you can purchase Reese's Puffs breakfast cereal.  The cereal has been imported from the USA, the only place where it is sold in retail stores.
