Yes join the air force. Get in a career field that works with jets and you might get what is called an incentive flight. I got one it was great. Other than that the best thing your going to get in is a trainer plane unless you go overseas. Obviously very expensive.

yes. russia has a vast array of planes you can pay to fly in. teher are other companies that will also offer flights. a web search should reveal may such  opportunities. have fun and enjoy.

You are not going to be able to " buy yourself a ride " in a current front line US Military Attack Aircraft.  F-14,  F-15, 16, 18 or 22, Harrier, A-10 or anything else.  There are however some Travel Specialists or Broker who arrange and offer a complete package. Get you to a couple of Old Soviet Union

Air Bases with a couple different Migs and also a couple front line Sukoy Aircraft to choose from. If you can afford it, it would have to be an awesome experience.
