There are several dirt roads in the country and I'm sure you can ride in dirt fields around the city. As far as a actual place specifically for riding, I don' think there's one.

Be carefull where you go!  Dirt feilds?  No!  That may be a farmers feild!  One thing you dont want to do is ride in a farmers freshly planted feild in Jefferson County!   That brings out the shotguns!  Be carefull!  And stay away from private property.  Isnt there a place somewhere near Flat River, Mo. that everyone goes to? I know my neighbors go somewhere down there....
