Question:

Is there away to legally break my contract with Great Expectations Dating Service?

a few months ago I signed a 3 and a half year contract and they pretty much sold me on the idea that I would meet women my age. Well, the thing is 90% of the women in my area are born in the '70s, (I'm 21 by the way), and the majority of the women I do fancy are not my type.

I was very stupid to cough up $500 and $50 a month because some lady said I would be very fortunate to meet young ladies. Now, does anyone know of a loophole I can take to break my contract with such liars?! But then again, I had my hopes and dreams up to finding a nice girl very soon...

  1. You can post a free profile at the wealthy men dating site http://www.wealthychats.com , I believe you can find many great girls there. I just got one there.

  2. There are ways to break a contract like that; you would need to talk to a lawyer to see if they meet your needs.  Chalk this up to the school of hard knocks - you have to be very careful what you sign!  Make sure you know exactly what you are getting before you put out your money, as nobody is looking out for you.

  3. What "some lady" told you is not nearly as important as what is stated in the contract.  Read it carefully.

What is the company required to do?  Have they performed according to the contract?  How may the contract be terminated, according to the contract?

If, after carefully reading the contract, you still do not see how to end it, contact your attorney.

If you do not have an attorney, use the lawyer referral service of your state bar association.
