Is there brain more sensitive then another ?

My friend said that his brain is more sensitive then others.

Is that true, that people have sensitive brain then someone else ?

It is not very clear just what your friend meant.  Sensitive could have different connotations.  The brain itself does not have any sensation.  However, there are physical effects that could cause reactions: i.e. an allergy, shock, injury, etc.  If he meant emotional sensation, then that could be another situation altogether.
