Yes, not as much as a cup of instant coffee though. Dark chocolate has more caffeine than milk chocolate

Yes, but not a lot. In 1 oz of milk chocolate, there is 6 mg of caffeine. Dark chocolate has more at 20 mg per 1 oz. This is substantially less than caffeinated drinks:

Black Tea (8 oz) 45 mg

Pepsi (12 oz can) 38 mg

Brewed Coffee (8 oz) 60-120 mg depending on the type

I have a sensitivity to caffeine and just one cup of coffee can send my heart racing and palpitating. However I can eat small amounts of chocolate and have no problems.
