Is there camping anywhere in Whistler, BC or really close by? or cheap hostels/cabins 4 the summer?

And is Whistler nice in the summer? Is there stuff to do w/o always forking out money?

It is the wilderness so there will be hiking, fishing and observing nature.  I believe there is a provincial park in the area which will keep prices down.  If you want for the entire summer, you may be too late unless it is next year.  The further away from town, the lower the price most likely.

Alice Lake   and other parks  Whistler nice but no free lunch  Its a tourist area  . the olympics are comming  prices going up. lots of nice spots in BC  cheaper    Quesnel,, Barkerville   The okanagan , Caribou   Go to  hellobc  for free guides, The sunshine coast and Vancouver island   The Gulf Islands
