  1.  you will be on black listed if you will not finish your contract then?what if you will go on vacation and you spent 1 year but your contract is 2 years and you just decided not to come back to kuwait, is there a chance that your name will be blacklisted?pls need your reply ASAP...thank you for the time...

    blacklist can be donr only my kuwait police
