There is. This heavy rains that we're experiencing are just the cause of T.Karen which enhance the southwest monsoon that affects Metro-Manila and the rest of Luzon. T.Karen is now 75 km East of Aparri, Cagayan.

Whaaat? They suspended the classes again? Where's the rain? The typhoon is going out of the country! They should have suspended the classes yesterday when heavy rains poured out the Metropolis!
