I'm afraid that there is.  There are drugs in Moscow, just as there are drugs in Frankfurt, Bangkok, New York and London.  In some cities it is more obvious, but it is always there all over the world.  The same applies to medium and small towns.

Believe me, Russia has all the good and the bad that the world has to offer. I'm not into drugs, but we have a whole bunch of drugs addicts too, especially young ones. That is so sad!
