Is there difren sizes of spindle moulders ?

im not talk bout the actual spindel but size of machine btw u ppl in usa caal them shpers

well sure. a spindle shaper can range from little tabletop 1hp to full sized cabinet units of 8hp. 110, or 220v single phase or 3-phase. 2-5 speeds or variable. some are multiple motors on a single base. 3/4" or 1" spindle usually, most are both. lots of models and variables to choose.
