Is there embassy for democratic republic of congo in Pakistan?

I need to get a visa for D.R.C(also known as Zaire).I wanted to know is there any embassy here in Pakistan?Or which nearest country has their embassy?Or is there any website where I can go and check for the list of countries where they have embassies/counsolates?
