Is there even a case without a lab analysis??

I have a court date on thursday for a misdemeanor marijuana charge. I was arrested 2 months ago because I was riding in a car with someone who had some. I still have not received a lab analysis, which I was told was needed for a conviction. Are they even going to have a case against me?? They are required to send all the evidence they have against me to me, correct? This happened in Harford County, Maryland.

there is a test called a NIK test that we can use either in the field or at the office.  if marijauan test postive for that, it is usually enough for a case.  does not require ti to go to a lab to be tested.

the report should state whether or not they did any tests on it.  if they didnt.. then shame on them. you wouldnt receive anything from the officer.  everything goes in to the report.  you need to request a copy of the report to see what is written.
