  1. Are you referring to Hillary or Bill? Bill, no, he is no longer eligible. Hillary, sure. She can become Obama's VP, and then, once he's elected, if something happens to him she'd become President. Or she can wait until 2016 to run on her own. Whether she was his two-term VP or she just adds eight years worth of experience in the Senate, she'd be a strong candidate.

  3. Well first of all there has never been a presidant, so I don't know if she could do that or not. But if you're talking about the Office of President of the United States, then no, not unless she runs as a 3rd party candidate which is impossible.
