Is there ever going to be another "series of unfortunate events" film??

I love the books and I love the film, and I was just wondering if there will ever be a number two of the film. I mean the first film is based on the first three books and I was thinking they could make another film based on the three books after the first three (if you get what im saying)

at first i assumed there would be becuz they left loose ends in the movie but it seems now tht thr wont b since the children have grown so old, if they are going to make another one hey will have to jump ahead a few books

It has come to my attention that you have watched "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events". I do not know how anyone can be brave enough to desire a sequel, however, I plead you to turn away from this movie and any others that will follow. It is much more likely and requested for "Zombies in the Snow" to have a sequel due to censorship, a word which here means "blockage from enemies that do not want to be to be in prison and will pay whatever price to cover their evidence."

Ring! The bells of regret are very noisy and somewhat lethal. No matter how hard we try to hide the verity of these bells, we can only wonder to the sky.

I doubt they will make another. The movie didn't have that much success. It's a shame because I would love to see those great books portrayed in a great movie

I don't think so. The actors are a little too old now to play the characters, and if you read the series, you would know that it takes over the course of a year, so if they were going to make more films, they would have done it by now. And I hope if they do make another film, they keep it true to the dark nature of the series, instead of that awful 'comedy' with the first one.

It is highly unlikely due to the fact that the children who played Violet and Clause and Sunny are quite older. If there will be a sequel, then they aren't planning one soon...

No there won't be. I wondered about that for a while and then found out they won't. Even though it was a good movie, people say it didn't fallow the book enough, or Lemony Sniket won't allow it.
