Some scientists have predicted that a massive earthquake will occur somewhere in California due to the San Andreas Fault. As far as when it will occur, nobody can precisely predict that. Just because a big earthquake hasn't occurred doesn't mean they are due to have one. And no, I don't think anyone in this world, let alone Los Angeles, is ever going to be ready for any earthquake.

The expected big one has relived us by this quake. Now there can not be any bigger than Richter scale 5.6 for another ten years.Beleive me.I am the one issued the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our Indian coast.It was all possible for me because of close observation only.Not by prediction.
