Lucas has said in interviews repeatedly that there will be no more films, made either by himself or anyone else, that will continue the story past the events of Return of the Jedi.

There's a website called "supershadow.com" which purports to have info about these sequels, but it's a fake, as are the alleged interviews with Lucas appearing on the site. Comments supposedly coming from Lucas about how Jar Jar was the most-loved character from Episode I should make it clear that this is a parody.

There Is Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but that is about events ocurring after Episode 2: attack of the clones and before Episode 3; The Revengue of the Sith) so you may consider it like Episode 2.5 not Episode 7.

Although there are several good novels about the Expanded Universe set in a timeline after the events of Episode 6: Return of the Jedi  Geroge Lucas is not interested in filming more movies continuing the saga after Episode VI.

Maybe when GL need smore money, or when he died and the heirs of the rights are convinced to let someone film the saga of the New Jedi Order led by Luke Skywalker and the stories of Leia & Han Solo dealing with the New Republic.

but that would require to recast Luke, Leia, Han, and many others, the result may not be as good as the others.

Better chances to instead of going forward go to the past and make films of Knights of the Old Republic, with other Sith Lords before Sidious, and having a young Yoda (who at the movies had more than 800 yrs old).
