in the atlantic and pacific basin their will DEFINATELY be a hurricane. with luck it wont hit a coast line, and wont be too strong. right now both atlantic and pacific basins clear of all storms. out toward asia a typhoon is causing lots of problems though

There are hurricanes every year.  Nobody knows how many or where they will make landfall.  Predictions are generally inaccurate.
