  1. NO....there isn't a country in the world where you re "guaranteed" housing...

  2. yeah i heard something on the radio sayin the authorities were evicting families because of their kids, or even if its only 1 child who is causing trouble in the area and people complain, when i heard that i was thinkin the housin list will probably move quicker

  3. No. Haven't you heard? We've gone and got ourselves an economy. A cardboard box in Dublin will set you back 400 grand.

  4. guaranteed housing?? Who would guarantee you a house?

There is homelessness in Ireland but actually there are enough places in hostels for them, hostels aren't exactly nice places though so a lot of people don't want to stay in them.

  5. No.  Having lived in Ireland for several years there are numerous homeless people.  (In Dublin they will sleep in the doorways of the banks, etc...)

  6. Pfffft!!! you must be joking, unless you are completely loaded then no! Renting a house that isnt completely c**p you might be looking for a while, buying a house again you might need to wait a while, they are rediculously expensive!! Any many people have been on the council housing list for years!! So good luck!
