Is there guaranteed treatment for male infertility as i checked up and reports says maturation arrest nil coun

me 31 yrs male married before 3 years and not got any child, as per delhi thyroid and hormone treatment centre doctor suggest me for test tube baby or artificial insemination but i dont prefer both, so kindly suggest me for treatment of nil sperm count in any stream with surity as i hve frustated with so many allopath treatment.

I suggest that u go to a good doc for a last try to improve your sperm count.

Nil sperm count u definetaly wont be able to concieve without test tube baby or artificial insemination.

Because even for IVF a min 1million ppm os sperm count is reqd for havin a chance of concieving.
