Is there heating in Indian Railways AC 3-tier?

We are traveling when weather is very cold and want to know whether there will be any heating provided in the AC 3-tier compartment.

Yes , of course the temperature system in rail coaches is reverse cycle BUT , the best advice is to talk to the coach attendant for your desired temp

In A.C. compartment, the temperature will be controlled temperature and not outside temperature.
