    especially if you have had a tubal ligation. Hormones flux with the onset of puberty and never remain stable as you age, Any alteration  in your reproductive organs or birth control pill will affect your hormone balance.

  6. Yes, there are hormone imbalance that can occur in a woman's 30s.  One of the most common ones is a problem with the thyroid in particular hypothyroidism.  Another one that can sometimes occur is one called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
